Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging GRM for services you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree please do not use our website or services.

Our Services

GRM provides video localization services for robotics manufacturers and their distribution partners. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are agreed upon in writing before work begins. GRM reserves the right to decline any project that falls outside our service scope.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring they hold the necessary rights to all footage, music, logos, fonts, and other assets submitted to GRM for localization. GRM accepts no liability for any copyright or intellectual property claims arising from client-supplied assets.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for each project are agreed upon in writing before work begins. GRM reserves the right to withhold delivery of final files until payment obligations are met. All payments are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Intellectual Property

The client retains full ownership of their original video footage and assets. GRM retains the right to use completed localization work as portfolio samples unless the client requests otherwise in writing before project commencement.

Limitation of Liability

GRM’s liability is limited to the value of the project fee paid. GRM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
